Every year, in fall, teachers from all countries involved, meet for five days - each time in a different country - to select the competition problems for the following spring.

Math Kangaroo in USA officers joined the conference for the first time in November 2003.   

In Graz, Austria, October 2007: participants from 44 countries met.

XIV International Conference of Math Kangaroo Organizers took place on October 11-15, 2006 in Barcelona, Catalonia.

Leaders from involved countries summarized Math Kangaroo 2006 and selected questions for Math Kangaroo 2007.

3,940,000 students from 36 countries participated in the competition in last March.

In 2007 new members will join the association: Canada, Cyprus, Ecuador, Greece, India, Kyrgyzstan.
