October 1, 2006 Math Kangaroo in USA Press Release
Registration has started for Math Kangaroo 2007 - the International Competition in Mathematics for students from grades 2 through 12. The competition will take place on March 15, 2007 in the afternoon/evening in the locations listed on www.mathkangaroo.org.
Students from all kind of schools: public, private, charter, church, ethnic, home... are invited.
Every participant will be awarded with a certificate of participation, a Math Kangaroo t-shirt, and a gift. The top winners will be awarded with special prizes, and recognized during an award ceremony in May or June.
Parents can register their children online at www.mathkangaroo.org or by mail with fliers available at some schools and on our web page. Please choose the location that suits you best. The registration fee is $20 for each student. Send questions to info@mathkangaroo.org or call 630-624-MATH(6284) evenings or weekends.
Schools are still welcome to host Math Kangaroo 2007. It is free and awarding!
